Contest Timing.

Ticket Galaxy’s Stars Campaign: Fan Appreciation Giveaway ("Fan Appreciation Giveaway" or “Giveaway”) begins on September 15, 2017 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 1, 2018, the “Promotion Period.” Eligibility.

The Fan Appreciation Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Eventvest, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

How to enter.

Entrants must visit https://www.ticketgalaxy.com/page/experiences during the Promotion Period and must follow the prompts on the screen. Entrants must select a prize package, and must submit a brief narrative as to why they should win the package. Each submission shall be deemed an Entry. Entrants are encourage to like, share, follow or tweet (“Social Media Interaction”) the Giveaway via the prompts on the website, however a Social Media Interaction shall have no effect on the results of the Giveaway. Entrants may only submit one Entry, any duplicate Entries shall be void.

Entry Guidelines and Required Information.

Entry shall not contain derogatory, abusive, obscene, or any other content deemed to be inappropriate by Ticket Galaxy. Any Entry containing this type of content shall be void and shall not be valid for consideration in the Giveaway.

Entrant must also provide valid contact information and identifiable information in the Entry.

Entry deadline.

All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

Determination of Winner(s):

One (1) winner will be selected among eligible Entries for each of the Prize Packages offered. Winners will be chosen on November 3, 2017 and will be notified via email.

Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age, and may be required to provide their social security number to Ticket Galaxy for tax purposes. Winners must notify Sponsor of their prize acceptance within 48 hours of announcement of the winner. If winner does not contact Sponsor within that time, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per person.

Prize(s).

All taxes and any other costs and expenses not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided for the prize, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of an advertised prize. The winner shall bear all-- risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. Specifics of the prizes are in Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. One prize per household.

Winners.

Winners will be required to meet at an employee of Ticket Galaxy at the event for marketing purposes which may include an interview, photos both of which the Winner gives permission to be used by Ticket Galaxy in any manner Ticket Galaxy desires. Winners may also be asked to share pictures of them attending the event on their social media platforms. Entrant retains rights to any photos they take however the Winner grants Ticket Galaxy a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Ticket Galaxy purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the Ticket Galaxy website and Ticket Galaxy’s social media accounts. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Ticket Galaxy will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

Limitation of Liability.

Dispute Resolution.
