How to Download Tickets

Tickets are set up in your www.mytickettracker.com account so you can download and print them at your convenience. All you will need to do is follow the easy instructions included in this email. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our customer service department at (860) 533-4090. Instructions:

• Go to www.mytickettracker.com
• Enter the email address you provided when you placed the order
• Enter the MTT Pin number found on your original receipt from the website where you placed the order
• Once logged in it will say delivery method on the right, you will see “CLICK TO DOWNLOAD”
• It will instruct you to verify the Credit Card used to place the order (no charges are made to your card, this is to verify you are the card holder)
• The download will start promptly following, click print
• Enjoy your event!
