Delayed Release Tickets

For most orders, tickets are uploaded within 2 weeks of the event date. Unfortunately, tickets for an event marked 'Delayed Release' are not released until 72 hours prior to the event time per the venue.

Once the tickets are released and we have received the PDF file, your tickets will be uploaded to you. When your order has been uploaded, you will receive an updated confirmation to the email address that you provided. This will include further instructions on the process of downloading and printing your tickets.
