Contest Timing.

Ticket Galaxy’s Stars Campaign: Cincinnati Funk Fest Experience (“Giveaway”) begins on March 14, 2018 and ends at 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 16, 2018 the “Promotion Period.”

Eligibility.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Eventvest, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

How to Enter.

Entrants must visit https://www.ticketgalaxy.com/page/experience-college-basketball-finals during the Promotion Period and must complete the entry form and questionnaire on the screen. Entrants are encouraged to like, share, and or re-tweet (“Social Media Interaction”) the Giveaway via the prompts on the website, for additional entries to the Giveaway. An Entrant can earn a maximum of 6 additional Entries by completing all of the Social Media Interactions, however an individual must submit an entry form to be considered for the Grand Prize. Completing any of the actions without submitting an entry form shall render those additional entries void.

Entry Guidelines and Required Information.

Entry shall not contain derogatory, abusive, obscene, or any other content deemed to be inappropriate by Ticket Galaxy. Any Entry containing this type of content shall be void and shall not be valid for consideration in the Giveaway.

Entrant must also provide valid contact information and identifiable information in the Entry.

Entry deadline.

All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

Determination of Winner(s):

One (1) winner will be selected among eligible Entries the Grand Prize. Winners will be chosen on April 16, 2018 and will be notified via email.

Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age, and may be required to provide their social security number to Ticket Galaxy for tax purposes. Winners must notify Sponsor of their prize acceptance within 48 hours of announcement of the winner. If winner does not contact Sponsor within that time, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per person.

All taxes and any other costs and expenses not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided for the prize, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of an advertised prize. The winner shall bear all-- risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. Specifics of the prize are in Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. One prize per household.

Winners.

Winners will be required to meet at an employee of Ticket Galaxy at the event for marketing purposes which may include an interview, photos both of which the Winner gives permission to be used by Ticket Galaxy in any manner Ticket Galaxy desires. Winners may also be asked to share pictures of them attending the event on their social media platforms. Entrant retains rights to any photos they take however the Winner grants Ticket Galaxy a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Ticket Galaxy purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the Ticket Galaxy website and Ticket Galaxy’s social media accounts. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Ticket Galaxy will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

Limitation of Liability.

ENTRANT HEREBY AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TICKET GALAXY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY DISCOUNT CODE. Dispute Resolution.

Except where prohibited, by participating, Entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) and Ticket Galaxy, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
