Contest Timing.

Ticket Galaxy’s College Basketball Finals Experience Contest ("College Basketball Finals Experience Contest” or “Contest”) begins on March 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 28, 2019, the “Promotion Period.”

Eligibility.

The College Basketball Experience Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Eventvest, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

How to Enter.

Entrants must visit https://www.ticketgalaxy.com/page/experience-college-basketball-finals during the Promotion Period and must follow the prompts on the screen and supply all of the information requested. Entrants must submit a brief narrative as to why they should win the Contest. Each submission shall be deemed an Entry. Entrants are encouraged to like, share, and or re-tweet (“Social Media Interaction”) the Contest via the prompts on the website, however a Social Media Interaction shall have no effect on the results of the Contest. Entrants may only submit one Entry, any duplicate Entries shall be void.

Entry Guidelines and Required Information.

Entry shall not contain derogatory, abusive, obscene, or any other content deemed to be inappropriate by Ticket Galaxy. Any Entry containing this type of content shall be void and shall not be valid for consideration in the Contest.

Entrant must also provide valid contact information and identifiable information in the Entry. Incomplete Entries are void.

Entry deadline.

All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

Determination of Winner(s):

Ticket Galaxy personnel will choose one (1) Entry among all eligible Entries to be the winner of the Contest. The determination of the winner is in Ticket Galaxy’s sole discretion. The winner will be chosen on March 29, 2019 and will be notified via email.

Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age, and may be required to provide their social security number to Ticket Galaxy for tax purposes. Winners must notify Sponsor of their prize acceptance within 48 hours of announcement of the winner. If winner does not contact Sponsor within that time, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per person.

Prize(s).

The prize is stated below:

• 2 tickets to the NCAA Final Four- National Semifinal games on Saturday April 6, 2019 at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN
• 2 tickets for the NCAA National Championship game on Monday April 8, 2019 at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN

All taxes and any other costs and expenses (including airfare, transportation, and hotel costs) not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided for the prize, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of an advertised prize. The winner shall bear all-- risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. Specifics of the prizes are in Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. One prize per household.

Winners.

Winners may be required to meet an employee of Ticket Galaxy at the event for marketing purposes which may include an interview and or photos, both of which the Winner gives permission to be used by Ticket Galaxy in any manner Ticket Galaxy desires. Winners may also be asked to share pictures of them attending the event on their social media platforms. Winner retains rights to any photos they take however the Winner grants Ticket Galaxy a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Ticket Galaxy purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the Ticket Galaxy website and Ticket Galaxy’s social media accounts. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Ticket Galaxy will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

Limitation of Liability.

ENTRANT HEREBY AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TICKET GALAXY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY DISCOUNT CODE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. Dispute Resolution.

Except where prohibited, by participating, Entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) and Ticket Galaxy, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Privacy.

Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Contest will be used to administer the Contest and will be treated in accordance with Ticket Galaxy's privacy policy accessible on its website at TicketGalaxy.com.
